To help client's through the process, he developed the B.R.A.V.E Framework which serves as both a guide to a more audacious you.
B - Boundaries: This refers to establishing and maintaining personal boundaries. It involves defining what is acceptable and unacceptable behavior or treatment from others, and asserting oneself when those boundaries are crossed.
R - Responsibility: Responsibility refers to taking ownership of one's actions, choices, and obligations. It involves being accountable for one's behavior, fulfilling commitments, and considering the consequences of one's actions.
A - Acceptance: Acceptance involves embracing oneself and others without judgment or prejudice. It promotes tolerance, understanding, and inclusivity, recognizing and respecting individual differences and diverse perspectives.
V - Vulnerability: Vulnerability refers to the willingness to open up, be emotionally honest, and share one's true self with others. It involves acknowledging and expressing emotions, fears, and insecurities, fostering deeper connections and empathy with others.
E - Esteem: Esteem represents self-worth and self-respect. It involves valuing oneself, recognizing one's strengths and achievements, and cultivating a positive self-image. Esteem also encompasses treating oneself with kindness, compassion, and self-care.
