While it may seem surprising, some people undermine their own potential and future direction with self-sabotaging behaviour that end up hindering their own success.

These harmful behaviors can prove to destructive and negatively impact nearly every part of their lives including their relationships and career.

Theres a variety of different reasons why people thwart their progress and become their own worst enemies. They may consciously or unconsciously commit acts of self-sabotage. The causes range from childhood issues to prior relationship effects, to low self-esteem or coping problems.

“To live intentionally means you have to have conscious awareness to get where you're going. Most of people are not walking around conscious but are walking around based on their programs, with their head buried in their phone, and just going from point A to point B to point C to point D, with no, with no awareness whatsoever.”
