Our lives are made up by an infinite number of choices and decisions that we’re seemingly faced with every single day. We each are given the opportunity to create the world we want for ourselves through the choices we make. In essence, the place where we are in life is a consequence of the decisions made.

The best life choices we can make for ourselves are the ones that incorporate our personal vision which should naturally align with our values and goals. Having this alignment provides us with an opportunity to evaluate our choices and help us determine they support what we want for ourselves.

“There's two different ways to set goals. One is based on what you think you can get and the other is based on what you actually want. Start setting your goals based on what you actually want and I guarantee your life will look different. It will be more challenging, for sure. but it will be it will be more worth it.”

The personal story of Kevin Palmieri provides a great illustration about the power of choices and importance of having clarity of oneself. Kevin is the founder and host of Next Level University, a global 100 self-improvement podcast reaching more than a half a million listeners in over 100 countries on how to improve your life, love, health and wealth.

As well as things are going for Kevin now, its important to understand that he atrived here as a result of choice he made because this wasn't his starting point. Prior to the launch of Next Level University, Kevin had a very successful career in the construction industry btinging home a six figure salary. He was in the best shape of his life, drove a nice car, had a beautiful girlfriend and was living the life he thought he wanted. However, deep inside Kevin battled with self-doubt, anxiety and depression. Kevin started podcasting and it eventually grew to the point where he had to choose between the podcast and his full time job.

He chose to dedicate himself to the podcast and after close to 1,000 episodes hasn't looked back since.

Kevin stops by The Audacious Living Podcast to discuss his life altering choice, his podcasting journey and building a life of true satisfaction.
