Mark Herschberg is a seasoned professional with a dual career track in technology and education. He began his career as a software developer during the dot-com era at MIT in the 90s and aspired to become a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Recognizing the need for a diverse skill set beyond technical expertise, Mark upskilled himself in leadership, negotiation, team building, communication, and hiring.

His passion for developing essential skills led him to teach at MIT and other institutions for over 20 years, alongside his successful career as a fractional CTO and CPO in the tech industry. Mark has also authored the book "The Career Toolkit: Essential Skills for Success That No One Ever Taught You" and developed the Brain Bump app to help individuals hone and apply these critical skills.
