Episode #65: Turning Fears Into Bliss featuring Akshay Nanavati
As uneasy and nerve racking as they may be feelings of fear, stress and anxiety are all normal aspects of the human existence. These uneasy and oftentimes uncomfortable experiences often get a bad rap because they’re perceived as a negative or bad thing when they surface. However, at the end of the day these feelings are completely normal and in some cases to be expected.
A key point that's often overlooked is when these feelings are properly harnessed, they can serve as an incredible source of strength and motivation to overcome virtually any situation. They can keep us alert and aware of our surroundings and ultimately can be the factors to help us accomplish our goals, dreams and wishes.
