There are several benefits to practicing gratitude on a daily basis and one of the best ways to make it a regular habit is to take the time to notice and reflect on the little things.

It’s super easy to express gratitude during momentus occasions when things are going our way (and we absolutely should) but we can also be thankful for the simple things health, family or bright sunny days. Doing this helps to create more positive emotions and lead to greater happiness, improved healty, the ability to better handle adversity, stronger relationships and so much more.
