Episode #219 Unleashing Human Ingenuity Featuring Celina Caesar-Chavannes

“When people are afraid to show up in their true selves at work, guess what they leave behind most? The risk to be creative, the risk to think differently, the risks to say, hey, my experiences have allowed me to see that this thing that we're doing this project is going to make mistakes down the road. But I'm too afraid to say that because this place is not safe. So how do we then explore the DEI concepts through traditional leadership competencies?”
