With so much of our daily actions being as automatic as they are, patterns of behaviour are easy to fall into. One of the reasons we fail to achieve our goals is that we fail to build the right habits tohat will put us on the pathway to achieve whatever it is that we’re after.
So, if its our daily patterns and habits that prevent us from achieving our goals then it stands to reason that that’s where the changes need to he made. Once we’re aware of the patterns we need to pay attention to, we're now at the starting point of where we need to begin making changes to produce spectacularly audacious results.
